Hello, time? Yes, I’m tired. I’d like to get off now…

What a month! I know I say that pretty much every single time I create a blog post now, but here we are. It’s still true. Life goes on and it’s DEFINITELY an adventure.

Biggest news: Most of the copy editing for Book 1 has been done! I’ll be on Typo-and-wording watch for the next little bit, and ARC (Advance Reader Copies) are going out TOMORROW! AH! It’s nerve wracking to show people who don’t know you your work, and hope that they enjoy it. Bottom line, I’ve put in the work. *I* like it, and that’ll just have to do.

How’s THAT for self-validation?!

In all honesty, there is something that is incredibly vulnerable about sending something you’ve spent so much time on out into the world. You can do all the work in the world, but in the end it really comes down to their own opinions, haha. I guess that’s art for you. They can be subjective, but thankfully, so can I. AND I CANNOT WAIT FOR YOU TO READ THIS!

Looking forward, NEXT MONTH IS PUBLISHING MONTH! WOO HOO! The Official Date of Release is September 28th (That’s a Saturday!) and it’s going to be a blast! I will be at Fan-X, helping out my cousin with her booth, and PLEASE come and say hi! It’ll be magnificent! (There will be stickers!)

….And that’s all I’ve got for now! Oh, I did finish that Romance, by the way! It turned out so well! Definitely neither it nor I are ready for it to be released, but I’m very pleased! It’s on the docket for release, probably after the last Delwaphria book comes out, unless it jumps the line and demands to be released earlier, haha.
